I am Samyuktha Neeraja, MPH, CAE, a dynamic public speaker and advocate dedicated to cultivating fair, inclusive, and accessible spaces where everyone can belong and thrive. Shaped by both my lived experience and over a decade of leadership and professional expertise, I use my platform to drive meaningful change in organizational efforts.​

As an Indian-Hindu American with dwarfism, I have spent my life overcoming barriers, challenging misconceptions, and proving that belonging is not a privilege—it’s a right. I know first-hand what it means to navigate spaces that are not designed for me. Because of this, I don’t just talk about inclusion—I embody it. I bring this unique perspective to every keynote address, presentation, and workshop, helping create a lasting impact. I am deeply committed to ensuring that all voices are heard and uplifted.​
