My approach begins with lived experience and storytelling. Stories connect us, helping people see through a new lens and imagine what’s possible when belonging becomes a shared value. Through keynotes, workshops, and facilitated discussions, I aim to create spaces where people reflect, connect, and act—turning awareness into everyday practice.
