I’m Samyuktha Neeraja, MPH, CAE—a public speaker and advocate creating spaces where everyone can belong and thrive. As a woman of Indian-Hindu heritage living with dwarfism, I share stories and lead conversations that invite others to see belonging as a shared responsibility.

Nee-ra-ja is more than a name—it’s a symbol of resilience, transformation, and belonging. Rooted in lived experience and a lifelong commitment to fairness and advocacy, Neeraja represents a human-centered approach in influencing the creation of spaces where everyone can flourish.
METHODOLOGY
My Approach
My approach is grounded in lived experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of what it means to navigate spaces that aren’t built for everyone. I use storytelling as a bridge—helping audiences see the world through a different lens and encouraging them to cultivate belonging wherever they are.
